Milly Rustom is a Bristol-based creative producer working across commercial, branded and independent film production.

Alongside her freelance producing, Milly heads up the production department at Dirty Jack, leading the planning and delivery of commercial campaigns from initial concept through to final delivery. She has produced projects for brands, agencies, charities and artists, managing everything from small agile shoots to larger productions with calm, considered organisation.

At the heart of Milly's work is a belief that the best films are made by teams who feel supported. She is passionate about creating positive set cultures that prioritise communication and crew welfare, allowing everyone to do their best creative work.

She loves collaborating with people who care as much about the process as they do the final film.
